Craving... Rosemary Potatoes

Sometimes the simplest foods make the most delicious and comforting companions... but then, when have potatoes ever not been comforting? It was freezing outside and all I could think about was rosemary potatoes from Cafe Brazil. So, my boyfriend and I cooked some up.

1 potato cut into small pieces
a healthy sprig of rosemary
salt to taste
pepper
cayenne pepper
olive oil
Preheat oven to 375. Cut up the potatoes. In a shallow baking dish add potatoes, spices and mix well with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 mins. (do a poke and check of course)
