Want to make a marinara sauce that is half the work but still tastes like it's made from scratch? Here's what you need...
Ingredients:
Jar of Barilla Marinara Sauce from the store
diced garlic
fresh basil
fresh rosemary
chicken broth
1/4 t0 1/2 tsp. sugar (depending on how much sauce you want to make)
jalapeno cut up (with seeds)
olive oil
Heat pan. Add a tiny bit of oil and add diced garlic & jalapenos. Let is cook for a minute and add the marinara sauce (it will splatter if the oil is hot, so be careful). Stir. Then add sugar, chicken broth, basil and rosemary. Stir between adding each ingredient. Let it simmer on slow for about 15-20 mins. Add more chicken broth if needed. Enjoy!
