Other Options to Lighting for Food Photography

I am on a crazy hunt for 2 lighting setups-
1. a lighting setup that is easy to use and move and can mimic daylight for under $400
2. a lighting setup that is portable, a bit more heavy duty for under $700
Maybe the $400 and $700 options won't be that different, but let's see
