Miggity's Famous Fish Tacos

Miggity made these a couple of weeks ago after we came back from a run. Two tilapia filets, a bottle of Zatarain's blackened seasoning, 2 avacados, 1 jalapeno, 2 limes, and 1 packet of corn tortillas from Fiesta came to less than $15!!
This was the result-- the most ridiculously delicious and fresh fish tacos, rightfully named Miggity's Famous Fish Tacos. I have been cooking this for myself since I saw him do it. And best of all, it takes 15 mins. from start to finish.

wonderful tilapia filet seasoned well

yumm!!

tilapia filets
zatarain's blackened seasoning
jalapenos
lime
avacado
salt to taste
corn tortillas
Put some oil into a pan and get it nice and hot. Put the seasoned filet into the pan and lightly pan fry on both sides. For the guac, cut the avacado and jalapeno.
Mix it all and add a pinch of salt and lots of lime.
Heat tortillas; taco all the stuffing in and enjoy!
